Abstract: The report details the results of the fourth Judicial Attitude Survey which is conducted with all serving judges in the UK. It is the only known continuous survey of the working lives of judges in the world. Subject areas covered in the survey included judicial welfare, bullying, harassment and discrimination, digital working, change and communication within the judiciary, joining and leaving the judiciary and leadership.
